Quotations and Proposals

Our quotations are valid for 28 days unless stated otherwise and are subject to change based on your requirements.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide all necessary information in a timely manner. Delay in your response may impact to meet the statutory deadlines.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep any proprietary information shared during the project confidential, even after completion.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skyclear Accountants shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 90 days’ written notice. Upon termination, you will pay for all work completed up to that date.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Amendments

Skyclear Accountants reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
